Description

In this course I will be discussing about foodborne illnesses, temperature danger zones and pathogens associated with food poisoning.

This course is over a two day span. Saturday Nov 21, 2020 8am-Noon and Sunday Nov 22, 2020 8am-Noon.

There will be an online exam with a certificate at the end that will last you 5 years.

If you are an owner, chef, cook, a server or anything in between this is the course for you.
